HELL’S LAST STAND
👺 — Experienced prosecutors, election lawyers and some public officials have piled on calling for criminal investigations into whether President Donald Trump broke election fraud laws when he pressured Georgia officials on a phone call Saturday to "find" 11,870 votes that would reverse his loss in the state.
— While the path to a federal criminal case against the outgoing President isn’t an easy one to make, Georgia officials said the state could be considering a serious inquiry and the matter has already been referred to the FBI — Fact checking Trump’s call with Georgia's secretary of state
— Prosecutions of former presidents in the US are unheard of in modern times, and the presidency has immense power that lends protection to T-RUMP The Justice Department previously shied away from coming close to charging T-RUMP for obstruction in the Mueller investigation and after his call asking Ukraine for political help, which led to the President’s impeachment.
Now He Incites A Riot — President Donald Trump has brought the country to depths of division, unrest and instability that once would have been unthinkable -- even if they were completely predictable. Whipped into a frenzy by the President’s incitement, stormed the US Capitol, smashing windows, forcing a lockdown and bringing a temporary end to a constitutionally mandated affirmation of President-elect Joe Biden's victory in the November election.
Only Course — Its time for Vice President Mike Pence to grow some balls, pull his head out of T-RUMPS ass and the members of the Cabinet to pull the country back from the edge of abyss and remove T-RUMP from office.
— T-RUMP has only eight days left as president, but every day is a day he is harming the nation. Every day the damage is becoming more difficult to heal. Every day he is in office there is a very real possibility that he will unleash his backers in new and harmful ways. It’s no wonder people are using the term “ Civil war” when contemplating what could happen, although for now that, mercifully, still seems avoidable or is it…
— The scenes from the Capitol are being watched by the entire world. America has never been more profoundly humiliated. Its reputation lies in tatters. But the country is also facing one of the most crucial tests of its nearly 250-year history. Will its democracy survive?
Any Body Seen Mike Pence’s Small Balls — Pence says he doesn’t support invoking 25th Amendment in letter to Pelosi…
— He is now as much to blame as T-RUMP… The House of Representatives is expected to vote Tuesday on a measure calling for President Donald T-RUMP to be removed from office through the 25th Amendment in the wake of the violent siege of the US Capitol last week, though Vice President Mike Pence made clear that he has no plans to comply with the request. Pence's office released a letter Tuesday evening to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi shutting down the idea.
— On the same day that T-RUMP rallied his backers, turning them into a violent, law-breaking, destructive mob, Pence managed to stand up to the President publicly for the first time. As part of his pre-emptive coup attempt, his effort to keep American citizens from having the president they chose, Trump had been pressuring Pence to reject the Electoral College vote that had confirmed Biden's victory.
— In a letter released only hours before the session, while T-RUMP was speaking to his supporters at a rally, Pence said, "My oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral vote should be counted and which should not." He closed by noting that four years earlier he took the oath that ended with “So help me God,” and ended his letter by doing the same. He really did not make a decision, it was the law that said you cannot throw the votes out.
— And, yes, Pence has been one of those enablers. But he now has blown the ability to start atoning. He should organize the removal of T-RUMP from power to stay the President’s hand so the country can at least limit Trump’s ability to cause even more injuries to the nation. Eight days is still lifetime for T-RUMP to destroy…but the risk now is much too great.
Pence Chose The Dark Side — — The House of Representatives voted Tuesday night to approve a resolution calling for President Donald T-RUMP to be removed from office through the 25th Amendment in the wake of the violent siege of the US Capitol last week.
— The vote amounts to a symbolic rebuke after Vice President Mike Pence made clear earlier in the evening that he has no plans to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove the President in a letter released just hours ahead of the House vote.
It comes as House Democrats are now moving rapidly toward impeaching the President for a second time as a result of the insurrection, which Trump incited after repeatedly making false claims that the election had been stolen from him and calling for his supporters to fight back.
SEDITION —
Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or rebellion against, established authority.

The whole world is watching. It’s watching guns be drawn inside the House of Representatives, just feet away from elected members of Congress.
It’s watching Trump's mobs try to replace the American flag with a Trump flag over the Capitol.
It's watching rioters in the presiding officer's chair in the Senate, threatening police inside the Capitol, violating the sanctity of what was once the shrine of representative democracy.
At this moment when everything is at stake, Pence cannot only save the country, but he can also start the process of repairing America's battered reputation. He can reassure shaken Americans and show the rest of the world that the Constitution he swore to defend is so wise, perhaps divinely inspired, that it contains the mechanism to save itself and the country from the unimaginable, a coup attempt by a sitting president of the United States.
Invoke the 25th Amendment. Remove Trump now.
Junior Douchbag's Eric T-RUMP, AKA The Dumb One Threatened GOP Members

(CNN) In case there was any doubt that President Donald T-RUMP and his allies see Wednesday's votes in Congress as a pure loyalty test, Eric Trump cleared that up with a single tweet Tuesday night.
"I will personally work to defeat every single Republican Senator / Congressman who doesn't stand up against this fraud - they will be primaried in their next election and they will lose," tweeted the son of the 45th president of the United States.
Eric Trump's tweet is in keeping with what has been coming out of his father's political account for weeks now: Vote to object to the Electoral College results on Wednesday (with no proof of any wrongdoing!) -- or else.
"The 'Surrender Caucus' within the Republican Party will go down in infamy as weak and ineffective 'guardians' of our Nation, who were willing to accept the certification of fraudulent presidential numbers!" President Trump tweeted earlier this week.
Donald T-RUMP Jr, The Other Douchbag — Added his toilet mouth to the riot. Ivanka, the entire sick T-RUMP frickin morons from the T-RUMP sperm bank…reminded Republican members of Congress during a rally Wednesday morning that in the upcoming vote, they can choose to be a “ PRO or a“ ZERO.” “ The choice is yours, but we are all watching,” T-RUMP Jr. said to cheers from the crowd gathered in Washington.

Wow! what threatening words for those scumbag crowds coming from a scumbag ignorant piss-ant schmuck…like something that little pr*ck or his retardant brother matters… They are T-RUMPS and thats a disease just as guilty of killing hundred of thousands of Americans from the COVID -19 virus.
I won’t gloss over what is happening here. The President of the United States — and his sons and daughter — are openly threatening sitting Republican members of Congress with political physical opposition. And the threat revolves around a totally and completely debunked notion: That the Electoral College votes, which have already been certified in all 50 states, are somehow tainted or wrong.
If there's one defining Trump character trait it's his desire to punish people he perceives as having wronged him. T-RUMP is so dug in on the idea that he not only won the election but did so in a "landslide" that he will choose to see every vote refusing to object to the Electoral College count as a betrayal.
And he will want to pay each and every one of them back. "I hope the Democrats, and even more importantly, the weak and ineffective RINO section of the Republican Party, are looking at the thousands of people pouring into DC," Trump tweeted on Tuesday night, tagging Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as well as Sen. John Cornyn of Texas and Thune. "They won't stand for a landslide election victory to be stolen."
Add it all up and you get this: The fracturing of the Republican Party will be formalized today. And Donald Trump will spend the next two years trying to beat every Republican who supposedly betrayed him by voting to uphold democracy.
T-Rumps Answer…Destruction And Sedition By The Executive Branch Against The
Legislative Branch Resulting In Death Of Five Persons All Caught On Tape
DOMESTIC TERRORISM
Rioters Break Windows, Doors, Steal ,Destroy And Breach US Capitol — Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) describes tense moment inside Congress building as rioters breach the US Capitol in protest of the 2020 election, it was an incredibly dark day in Washington. Watching pro-T-RUMP rioters storm and ultimately overtake the US Capitol on Wednesday, and he writes my overwhelming emotion wasn’t anger or embarrassment — although I felt both. It was sadness.
Covering the world of politics has been the work of my entire professional life. I did it — and do it -- because it is an honor and a privilege to get to see how our American democracy operates up close. And yes, while there are always a few bad eggs -- and those bad eggs tend to draw inordinate amounts of attention to themselves -- what I've found in my two decades doing this work is that the vast majority of the people in elected office are in it for noble reasons.
They truly want to make a difference -- and believe that serving in office is the best way to do that. You may not agree with their beliefs or the way they vote on a particular issue but, in the main, they are doing so because, well, they believe it.
To see those people — and the reporters who cover them day in and day out — being forced to shelter in place in their workplace as lawless insurrectionists egged on by a President interested solely in preserving his own self-image as a “winner" commandeered the Capitol was heartbreaking.
The political spin - what you need to know — When members of Congress have to fear for their well-being simply for doing their constitutional duty, we are in a very bad place. When lawlessness is normalized by a President who tells people occupying the Capitol that he loves them, we are in a very bad place.
— And by “we," I don't mean Democrats or Republicans or the media or any other group in the country. I mean all of us.
— Scrolling the horrific images on Capitol Hill — a makeshift gallows set up on the West Front of the Capitol, for one — all that kept running through my head is: "We're better than this. We're better than this."
— “ We," because what we have in common -- yes, even the lawless protesters who have been convinced by this President that being tough is the same thing as being right -- is far, far greater than what we differ on.
— Donald T-RUMP has spent four years weaponizing our small differences and ignoring both our common humanity and the common good. What happened today at the US Capitol is the natural result of the total lack of leadership.
The Point: If You’re Not Sad — And A Little Scared — By What Is Happening In Washington Right Now, You’re Not Paying Enough Attention...
Facebook — Facebook removes Trump’s video addressing supporters storming Capitol building. Facebook has now removed President Donald Trump’s video from earlier this afternoon addressing his supporters in the wake of riots at the US Capitol, company spokesman Andy Stone told CNN Business. In the video, Trump had urged Capitol rioters to “go home” but struck a sympathetic tone and reiterated his debunked claims of election fraud.

"This is an emergency situation and we are taking appropriate emergency measures, including removing President Trump's video," Guy Rosen, Facebook’s VP of integrity, said in a tweet. “ We removed it because on balance we believe it contributes to rather than diminishes the risk of ongoing violence."
As usual, and it seems thats how they do things is to let something run, do the damage and then take measures too late to be effective. The schmuck in charge is not fooling anyone… time for some anti-trust legislature and bring things to a norm.
Zuckerberg the corpo-guano executive was too little too late and people died. It’s time to break Facebook up. I believe in the first Amendment the Freedom Of Speech but not the Freedom to Lie and Facebook and Twitter are as guilty of sedition as Trump is, they fueled the fire and Zuckerberg stoked the ovens…
PGA Championship 2022 — Drops Trump’s Bedminster Course —

The T-RUMP National Golf Club in Bedminster has been removed as the host of the 2022 PGA Championship — one of golf’s four major championships — the organization’s president announced on Sunday night, joining the list of entities who are looking to distance themselves from outgoing US President Donald Trump days after a mob of his supporters breached the Capitol building to disrupt the certification of his opponent Joe Biden’s win.
Good move a the reward for his years of cheating at GOLF, name renowned for it’s honesty by players. I guess Donald never read the rules book and basically lacking any kind of moral beliefs just went on cheating till it became the norm for him to cheat.
Twitter Permanently Extracts Trump’s Tweets — On Wednesday afternoon, Twitter moved to restrict engagement with tweets by President Donald T-RUMP and others that have been labeled “due to a risk of violence.” The key word is permanently. Trump's now-unavailable tweets hinted at plans for "our own platform"
The four-tweet thread that President Trump sent from @POTUS, which quickly vanished from Twitter, included hints of Trump's involvement with a potential alternative platform to Twitter and other social media.
"We have been negotiating with various other sites, and we will have a big announcement soon ... while we also look at the possibilities of building out our own platform in the near future. We will not be SILENCED!" T-RUMP said in the now-unavailable tweets. Earlier Friday, Twitter announced it had permanently suspended Trump from its platform.
The company also told CNN it will enforce its policy against ban evasions to ensure that Trump does not circumvent his personal account's suspension.
"If it is clear that another account is being used for the purposes of evading a ban, it is also subject to suspension," Twitter said in a statement. "For government accounts, such as @POTUS and @WhiteHouse, we will not suspend those accounts but will take action to limit their use. However, these accounts will be transitioned over to the new administration in due course and will not be suspended by Twitter unless absolutely necessary to alleviate real-world harm."
Twitter's policy would also prohibit Trump from directing a third party to operate a Twitter account on his behalf.
- The announcement comes after hours of silence from the president as violent rioters descended on the US Capitol, and amid mounting calls by the Anti-Defamation League and others for Trump’s Twitter account to be suspended outright.
- Twitter did not directly address those calls, but said that the restrictions on sharing and engagement are part of its efforts to monitor the “ongoing situation in Washington.”
- Likes and replies have been disabled on Trump’s tweet that claimed Vice President Mike Pence “didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done.” Retweets of the tweet have been restricted, prompting users to add a comment rather than simply amplifying Trump’s remarks.
- Those same restrictions were also applied to a video T-RUMP shared of himself late Wednesday afternoon addressing the rioters.
- “In regard to the ongoing situation in Washington, DC, we are working proactively to protect the health of the public conversation occurring on the service and will take action on any content that violates the Twitter Rules,” Twitter said.
- In addition as of today… the falling companies have dropped all T-RUMPS sites for sales, commentary and advertising.

NO One Else To Blame But T-RUMP — (CNN) Three years, 11 months and 23 days after President Donald T-RUMP warned from the West Front of the US Capitol that, “ American carnage stops right here,” the very spot he stood on was engulfed by his own protesters bringing carnage of their own.
Shortly after 1 pm, EST, Wednesday hundreds of pro-T-RUMP protesters pushed through barriers set up along the perimeter of the Capitol, where they tussled with officers in full riot gear, some calling the officers “traitors” for doing their jobs.
About 90 minutes later, police said demonstrators got into the building and the doors to the House and Senate were being locked. Shortly after, the House floor was evacuated by police. Vice President Mike Pence was also evacuated from the chamber, where he was to perform his role in the counting of electoral votes.
An armed standoff took place at the House front door at about 3 p.m. ET, and police officers had their guns drawn at someone who was trying to breach it.
As a result of the episode, US Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund is resigning. He said in a statement earlier Thursday that Capitol Police and other law enforcement officers were “actively attacked" with metal pipes and other weapons.
SIDEBAR: At that same time almost four years ago I predicted this man will bring the country down, I knew him from all my time in Brooklyn NY and watched him rob my father and friends four decades ago with his themes and lies. He was scum then, he is scum now. And his family is from the same sperm bank as his crook father and his grandfather, Draft Dodger, Illegal Immigrant and who made a fortune in being a pimp and prostitution. Here is the story…
“They Were Determined To Causing Great Damage,” Sund Said —
"The violent attack on the US Capitol was unlike any I have ever experienced in my 30 years in law enforcement here in Washington, DC," he added. "Maintaining public safety in an open environment -- specifically for First Amendment activities -- has long been a challenge."
Still, lawmakers say they are perplexed at the lack of preparedness among law enforcement given that it had been known for weeks that Trump was promoting a rally he said was aimed at preventing the certification of Biden's win.
Prosecutors ‘looking at all actors,’ including T-RUMP, as charges are filed against Capitol rioters… Rep. Mike Quigley, an Illinois Democrat who was locked in the House chamber during an armed standoff between Capitol Police and a rioter, praised the officers who were in the building that put their lives on the line, but made clear that they were outnumbered and law enforcement was under prepared.
"The Capitol Police I was around did an amazing job under difficult circumstances," Quigley told CNN. "My concern wasn't with how valiant the Capitol Police were. It was that an hour before the debate started, I looked at the throngs of people surrounding different sections of the Capitol and said, we don't have enough security."
Quigley added: “ 'm no expert in security, but you can tell we were out-manned in an hour before the debate," referring to Congress' proceedings to certify Biden's win.

Now The Charges Have Escalated To The Killing Of A Police Officer

- Prosecutors in the US Attorney’s office plan to open a federal murder investigation into the death of Brian D. Sicknick a US Capitol Police officer who died Thursday night, a law enforcement official tells CNN.
- Officer Sicknick was injured Wednesday when a mob of President Donald Trump's supporters stormed the US Capitol. He died at approximately 9:30 p.m. ET Thursday “ Due to injuries sustained while on-duty,” Capitol Police officials said in a statement.
- The death is being investigated by the DC Metropolitan Police Department’s homicide branch, the US Capitol Police and their federal partners.
- "Officer Sicknick was responding to the riots on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol and was injured while physically engaging with protesters. He returned to his division office and collapsed. He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries,” the statement read.
- Sicknick had joined the Capitol Police in July 2008, and most recently served in the department's First Responders Unit. “The entire USCP Department expresses its deepest sympathies to Officer Sicknick's family and friends on their loss, and mourns the loss of a friend and colleague," Capitol Police said.
- The officer, Brian D. Sicknick, was struck in the head with a fire extinguisher during Wednesday’s unrest, according to a law-enforcement official. Sicknick “ Wanted to be a police officer his entire life," Ken Sicknick said. He “ Served his country honorably" and made his family "very proud," Sicknick said. “ Brian is a hero and that is what we would like people to remember."

May He Rest In Peace As He Died A Hero Defending Our
Freedoms And May He Always Be Remembered…
Whats Next — It’s now eight days before the end of his presidency, the unprecedented episode prompted renewed calls for Trump’s impeachment and fresh talk of the 25th Amendment that would remove him from office.
In many ways the spectacle was the natural culmination of a presidency built on disregard for democratic norms, antagonizing government institutions and willful ignorance of the far-right's violent tendencies. The mob interrupted the very act that will certify President-elect Joe Biden's victory and formalize Trump's loss.
But as predictable as the scene may have been, it nonetheless amounted to a low point for American Democracy. The sitting President, in tweets and a video, offered only mild rebukes while seeking to justify the crimes committed in his name.
The messages and video were deleted by Twitter and Facebook in what the companies said was failed attempt to prevent more violence. Only after pleading from aides and congressional allies inside the besieged Capitol building did Trump release a taped video urging the mass of his supporters -- many carrying Trump flags or wearing Trump paraphernalia -- to "go home," while still fanning their misplaced grievances about a stolen election.
In the same video, he praised the crowd, who broke into the Capitol using force, stole items from its rooms and posed for photographs in the legislative chambers. Then he lied again and again…
"We love you," Trump said. "You're very special." Later, he seemed to justify the actions in a tweet, writing, "These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away."
The minute-long spot, taped from the White House Rose Garden, was hardly the forceful denunciation of the violence that nearly every one of the President's allies and advisers were encouraging him to deliver over the course of the afternoon.
By evening, as sirens wailed on Capitol Hill and Washington entered a 6 p.m. ET curfew, even some of his top allies were critical — though, after four years of equivocation and appeasement of his violent base, unsurprised — by the President's response.
Republican Fraudist’s
Republican objections to electoral college results failed. But Cruz and Hawley were prominent among 147 representatives and senators who backed the late-night effort on Wednesday, even after a mob incited by the president attacked the US Capitol. Five people including a police officer died amid the chaos, in which lawmakers were apparently the target of planned kidnappings.
The riot has fuelled calls for Trump to resign, as House Democrats prepare articles of impeachment. Speaking to NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday, Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania became the second Republican senator to say the president had committed impeachable offences and should “resign and go away as soon as possible”.
Toomey did not call for Cruz and Hawley to quit, though he said they were “ Going to have a lot of soul searching to do and the problem is they were complicit in the big lie, this lie that Donald T-RUMP won the election in a landslide and it was all stolen.
“They compounded that with this notion that somehow this could all be reversed in the final moments of the congressional proceedings. So that’s, that’s going to be, that’s going to haunt them for a very long time.”
On CNN’s State of the Union, he added: “They’re going to pay a big price for this. I think their reputations have been affected. You’ve seen the kind of reaction in the media back in their home states, so their constituents will decide the final way to adjudicate this.”
Democrats piled in. On Saturday, Sherrod Brown, a Democratic senator from Ohio, called for Cruz and Hawley’s “immediate resignations and said they had “betrayed their oaths of office and abetted a violent insurrection on our democracy”. “If they do not resign,” he added, “the Senate must expel them.”
Patty Murray of Washington, Chris Coons of Delaware and Tina Smith of Minnesota were among other Democrats to call for Cruz and Hawley to go.
On Sunday Joe Manchin of West Virginia told CNN: “Whether they should resign or not, I don’t know [but] how they can live with themselves knowing that people have died because of their words and actions?”
Hawley, from Missouri, was the first senator to say he would object to election results. He has condemned the Capitol violence but was also pictured raising a clenched fist towards Trump supporters. He has defended his actions and decried the decision by his publisher, Simon and Schuster, to cancel a forthcoming book.
Hawley also objected to criticism from Joe Biden which Toomey echoed on Sunday. The President-elect invoked Hitler’s propaganda minister, saying the senators were “part of the big lie … Goebbels and the great lie. You keep repeating the lie, repeating the lie.”
Cruz, from Texas, also condemned the violence and objected to Biden’s comparison. He has pushed back on calls for his resignation, including from the Houston Chronicle, saying he has no regrets.
“What I was working to do is find a way to re-establish widespread trust in the system,” he claimed to his hometown paper.
Other Republicans backed off their planned objections after the Capitol violence. Manchin told CNN he admired those who put the “constitution above their own political preferences and their own political ambitions”.
On Sunday, Guardian columnist and former US labor secretary Robert Reich wrote that Cruz and Hawley “should be forced to resign”. “Knowing Trump’s allegations of voting fraud were false,” he wrote, the two Republicans “led the move to exclude Biden electors – even after the storming of the Capitol – thereby lending Trump’s claims credibility.
“The United States constitution says ‘no Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress’ who ‘shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against’ the constitution, ‘or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof’. “Both Cruz and Hawley are eyeing runs for the presidency in 2024.
They should be barred from running.” Both should be barred from breathing….
T-RUMPS WORDS
- "I know your pain. I know you're hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us,” T-RUMP said in the video, his words offering little to placate a crowd he has lied to about the results of November’s presidential contest.
- "You have to go home now. We have to have peace,” T-RUMP said, several hours after the doors of the Capitol building were breached, his own vice president was evacuated and multiple police offers were injured in the mob violence.
- “ We have to have law and order.” It was a minimal attempt to rein in the rioting that he spurred himself.
- Some of Trump’s close aides made their own entreaties, including daughter Ivanka T-RUMP, who addressed the crowd as “ American Patriots.”
- Instead of tamping down the violence, the President seemed more interested in conveying shared injustice about an election he claims, wrongly, was stolen. "It's a very tough period of time. There’s never been a time like this where such a thing happened where they could take it away from all of us, from me, from you, from our country,” he said. The video came hours after T-RUMP told a crowd of supporters gathered on the Ellipse near the White House that he planned to march with them to the Capitol building.
- "We're going to walk down to the Capitol. And we’re gonna cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women. And we’re probably not going to be cheering, so much for some of them, because you’ll never take back our country with weakness, you have to show strength and you have to be strong,”
- Then the coward left in an Armored car and T-RUMP skipped the march, returned to the White House and hunkered indoors.
- More peaking ahead of T-RUMP allies such as Rudy Giuliani and Trump’s adult sons fanned the false allegations of voter fraud.
- Giuliani urged the President’s supporters to wage “ Trial by combat,”…
- Donald Trump Jr. railed against congressional Republicans who declined to support Trump's attempts to overthrow the election results. “The people who did nothing to stop the steal — this gathering should send a message to them,” said the President's eldest son.
First Time Pence Showed Some Balls — Didn’t last Long — He Had No Choice
- The ForthComing Pence Destruction Tour PenseHad A Chance to Split — In the middle of Trump’s rally, Vice President Mike Pence declared in a statement he could not unilaterally reject the results of the election, despite pressure from T-RUMP to do just that.
- The move, which was expected but still a notable break for a loyal lieutenant of the President’s, enraged T-RUMP who spent the afternoon between the Oval Office and the adjoining dining room, watching scenes of anarchy and violence play out at the Capitol building across town.
- As pro-T-RUMP rioters broke into the US Capitol on Wednesday afternoon with Congress in session, President Trump attacked Vice President Mike Pence on Twitter. "Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify," Trump wrote. "USA demands the truth!"
- Pence, in his role as president of the Senate, was scheduled to oversee the certification of electoral results. Before he was able to, the US Capitol building was stormed by pro-Trump protesters, causing the House and Senate to be evacuated.
- Trump's tweet was censored by Twitter. A label was attached which said it, “ It can’t be replied to, Retweeted, or liked due to a risk of violence." The social media company later removed several of Trump's tweets, for the first time ever.
- Encouraged by many of his advisers to speak out, Trump was initially resistant. He was focused instead on Pence’s refusal to carry out his futile demand to overturn the election, fuming over the perceived disloyalty. Speaking by telephone with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who was sheltering inside the locked-down Capitol, T-RUMP didn't offer any commitment to speaking publicly.
- Asked on Fox News whether he expected the President to make an on-camera statement, McCarthy could say only: "I don't know. I would think so.” Eventually, aides cajoled the President into recording the address. But it was not his idea, according to officials, and came about only reluctantly.
- Pence, who was presiding over the tally of the Electoral College votes as the Capitol was breached, was evacuated from the building. From an undisclosed location, Pence tweeted a forceful denunciation of the riots. “This attack on our Capitol will not be tolerated and those involved will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law," he wrote. As the chaotic scenes played out on television, former aides to Trump called on him to act. His first homeland security adviser Tom Bossert condemned his response to the mob chaos on Capitol Hill.
- "This is beyond wrong and illegal. It's un-American," Bossert tweeted. "The President undermined American democracy baselessly for months. As a result, he’s culpable for this siege, and an utter disgrace.” Trump’s recently departed communications director, Alyssa Farah, called on her former boss to condemn the protests. You are the only one they will listen to. For our country!" she wrote.
- Democrats were prepared to go further. Reps. Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Presley frequent subjects of Trump’s attempts to rile up animosity among his crowds, said he should be impeached (again). “We can’t allow him to remain in office, it's a matter of preserving our Republic and we need to fulfill our oath," Omar tweeted. Others again raised the prospect of using the Constitution’s 25th Amendment to remove T-RUMP from office, even in the final weeks of his presidency.
- The National Association of Manufacturers, the nation’s largest manufacturing association, called on Pence Wednesday to consider taking the step.
- Pence “ Should seriously consider working with the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment to preserve democracy,” NAM CEO Jay Timmons said in a statement. For T-RUMP, the one act that might ease tensions and calm the simmering anger among his supporters still appears out of reach. "We will never concede," he told the crowd on the Ellipse.
Unprepared Deadly and Missed The Boat —While many Americans were stunned as they watched rioters descend on the Capitol and clash with police, there has been chatter for days on various social media platforms about the prospect of Wednesday’s protests turning violent.
Ahead of protests organized to contest the formal counting of electoral votes in Washington DC, calls for violence could be found in discussions on Twitter, TikTok, right-wing platform Parler and an online forum formed last year in support of Donald Trump, according to research from nonpartisan nonprofit Advance Democracy.
On Wednesday afternoon, a pro-Trump mob stormed the Capitol, pushing through barriers set up around the building and tussling with officers in full riot gear. One woman was shot. Windows were broken. At least one Trump supporter was pictured standing at the Senate dais, while another breached House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office. A Capitol police officer in the House chamber told lawmakers that they may need to duck under their chairs.
Before the protest, several TikTok videos promoting violence racked up thousands of views, with one user advocating for protestors to take their "mother-[expletive] guns" to DC, according to Advance Democracy. One TikTok video containing violent rhetoric had nearly 280,000 views.
TikTok removed two of the offending videos after they were flagged by CNN Business. "Hateful behavior and violence have no place on TikTok. Content or accounts that seek to incite, glorify, or promote violence is a violation of our Community Guidelines and will be removed," a TikTok spokesperson said.
On Twitter, there were more than 1,250 posts from accounts related to the QAnon conspiracy theory about Wednesday's protests containing terms of violence since January 1. The most basic QAnon belief casts President Trump as the hero in a fight against the "deep state" and a sinister cabal of Democratic politicians and celebrities who abuse children.
One post from a QAnon-related account retweeted a post with a baseless conspiracy theory that Democrats, Black Lives Matter activists, and Antifa protestors were planning to kill Trump supporters and advocated for whoever noticed these individuals to get "rid of them."
"Over the last few days we've seen unprecedented calls for violence online among Trump's most ardent supporters," said Daniel J. Jones, president of Advance Democracy.
He said this has been fueled by President Trump and his election lawyers who have been making "nonstop false claims" about the presidential election being "rigged," as well as by 13 Republican senators objecting to the Electoral College results. "[This] has served to legitimize Trump's position and the conspiracy theorists," Jones said. "The unprecedented violence we're seeing today is a direct result of the president's rhetoric."
The riots highlight the dangerous consequences of online misinformation spilling over into the real world.
"First there was volatile rhetoric online, then explicit calls to violence and now people are acting on those calls in the nation's capital and flagrantly breaking the law," the Anti-Defamation League said in a statement. "More than anything, what is happening right now at the Capitol is a direct result of the fear and disinformation that has been spewed consistently from the Oval Office."
The ADL also said President Trump has promoted sedition and incited violence and called on social media companies to suspend the president's accounts immediately, "as they would do for anyone else advocating disinformation and promoting violence. It's time."
Facebook condemned the violent riots at the US Capitol on Wednesday, but stopped short of saying Trump would be blocked from the social media platform.
"The violent protests in the Capitol today are a disgrace," said Facebook spokesman Andy Stone in a statement. "We prohibit incitement and calls for violence on our platform. We are actively reviewing and removing any content that breaks these rules."
Facebook also removed President Trump's video from Wednesday afternoon addressing his supporters, according to Stone. In the video, Trump urged Capitol rioters to "go home" but struck a sympathetic tone and reiterated his debunked claims of election fraud. Meanwhile, Twitter moved to restrict engagement with tweets by President Donald Trump and others that have been labeled "due to a risk of violence."
When asked for comment, Twitter pointed CNN Business to its official Twitter account, which posted a statement saying: "In regard to the ongoing situation in Washington, D.C., we are working proactively to protect the health of the public conversation occurring on the service and will take action on any content that violates the Twitter Rules."
Parler did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

— DO NOT GIVE T-RUMP MONEY FOR VOTER FRAUD ABUSE
OR ANY OTHER SCAM HE MAKES UP, IT IS A SCAM… TO
PAY HIS DEBTS BEFORE THE “ COLLECTORS” ARRIVE —
👺 “ The Legacy of The President” — Welcome to my daily research and notations of the chaotic sick world of Donald T-RUMP. My theme is the new book I’m working on “ The Farts in His Spiel”. Forty-five years of following Donald T-RUMP from his adventures in financial losses, corruption, non-documented labor, bankruptcies, false IRS cheating and he reminded me of who I was and who I thought he was.
And then I realized and recognized the same ignorant narcissistic sickness in Donald shared with another person in time……why they are birds of a feather… SCUMBIRDS… seriously bad DeJavu…when you mix the two. Just like whoppers, all filled with everything but the meat… He was the Fuhrer reborn…
💰 Warning About Fraud — And T-RUMP Donations —
I am seeing lots of good choices for cabinet officials and advisors many who could do the job better than the current cesspool of T-Rump donors, acolytes, sycophants, all of them hand-picked incompetents and fellow crooks. With Biden’s these jobs and more are open and he needs these folks with experience and the courage, not re-election dollars, to repair our country that T-Rump is hunting for. And the myriad of pending lawsuits some of which call for jail.
T-Rump calls your donations for paying legal costs to fight voter fraud that did, does, never existed, and we know it will go in his pocket… He has been thrown out of over forty-five courts in the United States including the Supreme Court three times and more. A few courts recommended he doesn’t return with the garbage presented by the second most demented person in the country Rudy “ Ghoulish” Giuliani.
He has to pay off 431 million dollars in personal loses ( KEEP READING) and debt plus what he then blew on the reelection. Thats personal loans he signed on, he pissed it away, and people are starving… shame on you and may you see what suffering is and wake up… but there is a lot more that he doesn’t admit… And the investigators say it is closer to one billion… because of the hidden benefactors. Duetcher Bank has his personal notes at 340 million…
Which will surface when he turns those funds to lawyers to defend him. Lawyers get paid first when they win, during accident case. This is different, his problems are criminal, which they haven’t be doing, but he has squandered millions to cover his ignorant demented corrupt nature. The White house set new records in personnel changes because “ Working or lieing for the Donald has risk to ones resume and career”.
He lost the re-election… thank the good God above, but we still have him for 13 days and two dangerous points exist, he is a cruel bad loser and will cause damage before he leaves and how do we fix what he destroyed. I will have to shift my directions and efforts into solutions and rebuilding.
Past is past and I thought this would end but Donald is into reruns now. I predict we are not done with Donald. Like a rabid dog, he has to be put down… permanently. Many will be jumping ship and hiding, some of his bankers will be subpoenaed, already jumping ship… the weather is nice in Montenegro this time of year.
💰 Trump’s Private Bankers Resign From Deutsche Bank —Deutsche Banks says Rosemary Vrablic and Dominic Scalzi, the private bankers responsible for lending to President Donald T-RUMP and Jared Kushner, have resigned. CNN Kara Scannell reports.
ED: Do they know a few things, I think so, a Subpoena will draw the answers… A subpoena or witness summons is a writ issued by a government agency, most often a court, to compel testimony by a witness or production of evidence under a penalty for failure. Don’t forget their names… I’m sure the government won’t either…
👺 US Cyberattack — T-Rump Is A Russian Acolyte — He is Putins friend because of the money, co-signed and involved from Deutsche Bank Bank and others he will have to pay off… You just don’t owe it, you pay it back…The Department of Homeland Security’s cyber arm has warned that the recent cyberattack affecting government agencies is far broader than officials had thought. And T-RUMP is standing down even though we know it was the “ Russkies’…
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency said the compromised software program, SolarWinds, isn’t the only way hackers infiltrated networks, and those responsible may have used “tactics, techniques and procedures that have not yet been discovered.”
This news just escalates already growing concern about the scale and scope of the breach, which the agency says “poses a grave risk" to the federal government and other areas of the public and private sectors. Questions are also lingering about how long the breach went undetected by the US government and when President T-RUMP who has stayed silent on the matter, may address it. And the one man sworn to defend us is playing golf and in a state of denial.
👺 T-Rumps Right Hand Man — And as predicted Mike Pence will be T-RUMPS next target to blame as the VP is not quite willing to die for the Fuehrer since the election because his chance went down the tubes with T-RUMP for the next four and T-RUMPS latest actions, shoves Pence in a no-win situation…
He is dead in the water with the party, he offers nothing and we predicted this two years ago that Pence, an ass-kissing sycophant was nothing more than a doorknob…got turned when it was good for T-RUMP. if he goes against T-RUMP, he will be slaughtered.
Hours before President Donald Trump retweeted a message for his vice president to “ Act” in stopping the ratification of the Electoral College, he met for more than an hour in the Oval Office with Mike Pence, whom he has complained recently isn’t doing enough to support his bid to overturn the election.
T-RUMP has told people recently that Pence isn’t doing enough to fight for him as his presidency ends, As President of the Senate, Pence presides over the proceedings. My goodness four years of having your head kissing up to Donald’ ass isn’t bad enough?
Sources say Trump in recent days has brought the matter up to the vice president and has been “ Confused" as to why Pence can't overturn the results of the election on January 6. Pence and White House aides have tried to explain to him that his role is more of a formality and he cannot unilaterally reject the Electoral College votes. Because the law said you can’t…
Pence thought a Donald win gives him a job for four more years then he runs for President, bad dream MIKE, you are screwed either way, Donald will blame you and bury you first, fill out that app at Burger King… they are hiring…
BUT - READ CAREFULLY - If T-RUMP wants to pardon himself which he can’t, he can make Pence King for a day and Pence can pardon T-RUMP… What a great dose of revenge if Pence says no and donald does not get a pardon…sweet revenge….
🤗 😜 😠 😡 🤑 😨 😍 😀 🙃
Throw Him Out, Throw Him Off The Balcony — In his moments of deepest denial, T-RUMP has told some advisers that he will refuse to leave the White House on Inauguration Day, hopefully it will not come to that kind of stupidity. But will be an excellent photo op… to make his point. The possibility has alarmed some aides, though few believe T-RUMP will actually follow through. How such an episode might unfold isn’t clear, and federal law enforcement agencies have been loath to discuss the possibility.
