The Disease That Is More Dangerous Because of T-Rump 

Covid-19 is taking a brutal toll on lives, illness and jobs, causing pain that will last a long time. More than 300,214 have died around the world and more than 85,000 in the US.  Still, while the mourning proceeds, many are looking for signs of hope.  

They are getting false messaging ( some call that lies) from the leadership.   More important as the numbers show might be signs of truth, since they can get all the hope, bullsh*t and lies from T-RUMP, BUT none of which is truth.  I can only hope he is removed or dies, normally or manually and thats my best hope.  Truth comes from scientists, not politicians with their LIE-2.8 DNA.  I’m glad Nancy Pelosi prays for him everyday that he will change. 

I pray too, being Jewish and dealing direct, I sent the message to God to beg Mestopheles to take T-RUMP and his whole crew.  And I mean all of them in the GOP or Fake Evangelical Prophets, its ARK time folks and my lawn is dry, a little rain would be appropriate…  To conspiratorialists “ ARK time”  is a code note for a revolution.  I prefer the Vigilante metaphor, and “ A hanging a day will send the T-RUMP-pets away”.  

COVID-19 is caused by a coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2.   Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from the COVID-19…

How It Spreads  —  It is thought to spread mainly from person to person, mainly through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes, or in a closed space like a bar when drunk and screaming or yelling. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. Spread is more likely when people are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).   One loudmouth screaming drunk in a bar with the virus will contaminate the whole place.  In south Korea one person more in the “King Bar”  has caused 120 to be contaminated and have COVID-19.  It was open one day into the end of closure. They closed it.

It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes. This is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads, but we are still learning more about this virus.  Two things surfaced, a lot depends on how long you were in a contaminated area or state and air-conditioning spreads the contact are very nice and even with filters might not kill th spores.

If you love bars, go by your bottle of favorite stuff, drink two-thirds it at home and use the rest to set yourself on fire to kill all the germs. Need a slower death, go to your neighborhood bar.

The virus that causes COVID-19 is spreading very easily and sustainably between people. Information from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic suggests that this virus is spreading more efficiently than influenza, but not as efficiently as measles, which is highly contagious.

Nearly two-thirds of the way through the 45 days of social distancing recommended by the White House, the disease’s spread has started to level off slightly,  but as Singapore just found out in three days of loosening standards another 1000 popped up.  Trillions of dollars of new spending, and back-up measures by the Federal Reserve, suggest some of the damage to the economy could be mitigated.  But you are not going to get rid of this bad-boy so easy and more will die.

Scientists are rapidly scaling up research into treatments for the virus and are seeking a vaccine that, within a year or two, could possibly vanquish the threat.  But, and there is a chance there may never be a vaccine, so some things since the beginning of time have no vaccines.  All the opportunistic hoopla is political, not factual and get filed under Bullsh*t.

Frankly speaking, this will be no party, hunker down, and those optimistic views as our stupid leadership is showing it’s true colors of really knowing nothing.

Yes, stupid is a color… and failure is a color, the ink is black but the blood is red… and T-RUMP has to go and for the first time in my life I feel a body bag if thats the only way would be appropriate for Him.   Previously many assassinations were for the good people, a President, both Lincoln and  Kennedy, then Kennedy’s brother, Ghandi and his Family… But T-RUMP,  throwing him in a sewer would pollute a sewer… I have a deep hatred for this man, he literally by his actions is getting away with MURDER… you can call it what you want… 

But We Have A Few New Problems  —  P.I.M.S is one.

COVID-19 illness Possible Mutation — And now my biggest fear was mutation or shifts and now that has happened with 150 cases of a new strain effecting children with five deaths.  It is new and unknown, mostly in the NY epicenter.

• They are calling it Pediatric Inflammatory Multi-system Syndrome, or PIMS, is now being seen across the country and is striking newborns and teenagers alike.  
• Up to 5 children have already died and at least 135 have been diagnosed with the condition in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.  The condition occurs six weeks after a child is exposed to COVID-19; common symptoms include fever, inflammation and rash
• A complication of the COVID-19 not even acknowledged by many a week ago, the new condition is now being seen across the country and is striking newborns and teenagers alike. 
• After fighting off the virus, a child’s immune system is in overdrive and can cause an inflammatory syndrome – similar to toxic shock or what's called Kawasaki disease – that affects the skin, eyes and blood vessels, and can be deadly.
• Health officials say symptoms include fever, and more than half of the cases reported having rashes, abdominal pain, vomiting or diarrhea. While it has been considered a direct symptom of COVID-19, less than half of the pediatric patients in New York City displayed any shortness of breath.
• “Swelling of the hands or feet, eye redness, cracked lips, and this rash – all over rash – and you’ll very typically see it on the back,” said Dr. Tom Balcezak, chief clinical officer at Yale New Haven Health. “If you see those symptoms, call your medical professional, talk to your pediatrician and don’t delay your care.”

OTHER   Global Economic Disruptions

It’s a good time to be a virus, it seems. While everyone is likely well aware of the coronavirus pandemic, other viral diseases are also thriving, spreading locally and threatening already overwhelmed healthcare systems.

👺 DENGUE —  In Indonesia, dengue—which is spread through mosquitoes—has infected some 40,000 people so far this year, a nearly 16% rise from last year. Compounding the problem, most of Indonesia’s hospitals are now tasked with prioritizing patients with Covid-19, leaving those suffering from the painful and sometimes fatal symptoms of dengue without treatment.
In Latin America its even worse. The region saw the highest number of dengue cases in recorded history in 2019. And 2020 is on track to be bad too. Argentina right now has more reported cases of dengue than coronavirus. And experts worry that Brazil is about to become the next epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic just as its own dengue outbreak peaks.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is reporting large dengue outbreaks in Singapore, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal.

👺 EBOLA  -  Meanwhile, the Democratic Republic of the Congo is scrambling to contain a new flare-up of an Ebola outbreak that began in 2018. The World Health Organization (WHO) reported a new series of cases there in April. As of May 5, there have been more than 3,500 confirmed or probable cases of Ebola in the region.

👺 YELLOW FEVER —  Health workers are also racing to vaccinate against yellow fever in Ethiopia, where an outbreak killed four people at the end of April. 

👺 MEASLES —  Both Mexico and Burundi are facing large outbreaks of measles

👺 MIDDLE EAST RESPIRATORY SYNDROME — Saudi Arabia continues to battle an outbreak of commonly known as MERS.

👺 AFRICAN SWINE FEVER  —  Viral outbreaks are hitting animals around the world, too. India and South Africa are both fighting outbreaks of African Swine Fever, which is highly contagious. In 2018, the virus shot through Asia, killing some 10% of the total pig population in some countries.

👺 AVIAN INFLUENZA  —  In the US, officials confirmed in April that a fatal strain of avian influenza had infected a commercial turkey flock in South Carolina. If it spreads, the disease could be devastating for a poultry industry already struggling with the economic impacts of Covid-19. In 2014 and 2015, more than 50 million chickens and turkeys across 15 states were killed to stop the spread of the virus, and much of the world banned American chicken and turkey products to avoid transmission.

The Prediction, Warnings Ignored

DEC 28, 2019 — COVID-19 is spreading rapidly, and in a New York Times op-ed, infectious-disease expert Michael T. Osterholm, writer and documentary filmmaker Mark Olshaker posit that it’s “ Now clear that the epidemic was never going to be contained.  At most, its spread was slowed by the lockdown imposed in China and other countries’ efforts to identify infected people and anyone they might have been in contact with.”

A Chinese doctor who tried to issue the first warning about the deadly coronavirus outbreak has died, the hospital treating him has said.  Li Wenliang contracted the virus while working at Wuhan Central Hospital.

He had sent out a warning to fellow medics on 30 December but police told him to stop “making false comments".  There had been contradictory reports about his death, but the People’s Daily now says he died at 02:58 on Friday (18:58 GMT Thursday).  Knowing China we cannot ascertain he died from the virus, bullets aren’t called viruses.  

LI WENLIANG’S STORY
Dr Li, an ophthalmologist, posted his story on Weibo from a hospital bed a month after sending out his initial warning.  The 34-year-old had noticed seven cases of a virus that he thought looked like Sars - the virus that led to a global epidemic in 2003.  On 30 December he sent a message to fellow doctors in a chat group warning them to wear protective clothing to avoid infection.

Four days later he was summoned to the Public Security Bureau where he was told to sign a letter. In the letter he was accused of “making false comments” that had “severely disturbed the social order".  Seems the Chinese Politicians are as dangerous as T-RUMP for telling the truth.   He was one of eight people who police said were being investigated for "spreading rumors" Local authorities later apologized to Dr Li.

In his Weibo post he describes how on 10 January he started coughing, the next day he had a fever and two days later he was in hospital. He was diagnosed with the coronavirus on 30 January.  Rest in peace, you are a hero and will be remembered as one… we don’t forget good guys…

These are the actual cases and deaths of coronavirus in the US, according to Johns Hopkins University’s tally of cases in the United States.  This is since President T-RUMP, the worlds greatest and biggest liar has been reporting his efforts and success in saving the nation.

The totals includes cases from all 50 states, the District of Columbia and other US territories, as well as all repatriated cases. But here in the United States our supreme leader ignored the signs and warnings and even the Intelligence Department of the government tried to warn the President.  

He made claims too absurd to repeat,  it was a scam, the Democrats did it, the press and media did it, a Chinese conspiracy, W.H.O did it,  the KUNG FOO Virus,  all distractions from truth… everything except his personal hand on the greatest and deadliest pandemic in history. CNN Business:  A big plan to get more hand sanitizer into stores is in serious jeopardy. Panic shopping and hoarding of hand sanitizer during the pandemic has made it nearly impossible to find any in stores. Families are turning to YouTube tutorials to make their own.  The unusual circumstances of the pandemic surfaced a possible solution to easing the sanitizer shortage: 

"One concern with impurities data submitted by some fuel ethanol companies is the unacceptable levels of known carcinogens (cancer causing agents), such as benzene, as well as formulas containing gasoline," the FDA said in a statement.

The FDA said these concerns were brought to light by the hand sanitizer industry and pharmacies, sounding the alarm about "potentially harmful impurities" in the alcohol produced at ethanol plants.   Ethanol industry leaders say their alcohol is safe.   Hitler said he was just helping the people of Germany, lots of people say lots of things…

"The FDA is moving the goalposts again and their actions this time could shut off a key source of alcohol for hand sanitizer production, significantly exacerbating the worldwide shortage of hand sanitizer," said Geoff Cooper, CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association.

Cooper said customers who have already used ethanol-based hand sanitizer have not raised any concerns.  The FDA's ruling could potentially be catastrophic for ethanol producers, which have seen the market for the plant-based fuel evaporate. 

The government's decision "is extremely frustrating," said Brian Jennings, CEO of the American Coalition for Ethanol, which represents farmer-owned ethanol production. Making alcohol for hand sanitizers was an opportunity for some producers to still keep the lights on, Jennings said.

"No ethanol producer would ever knowingly blend carcinogens with the alcohol they're producing for sanitizers," said Jennings. GOJO Industries, maker of Purell and the leading hand sanitizer manufacturer, sided with the FDA’s new guidance.  "We support the FDA guidance because product formulation of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer matters for both efficacy and safety," said GOJO Industries in a statement to CNN Business.

FEAR VIRUS ONE:  We know now that spores do have a coating.   Bacterial spores, the most resistant organisms on earth, carry an extra coating of protection previously undetected. The finding could shed light on why spores of the bacteria that cause botulism, tetanus, and anthrax might also and most likely COVID-19 might launch clues.

The microbiologists examined the proteins that comprise spores’ protective layers.  Previous research has shown that 70 different proteins make up these layers. Less understood is how these proteins interact to form the spores’ protective coats.  We know nothing about Corvid-19  T-RUMP took their money and facility away. And might take a year for a real vaccine to come on the market and thats gamble. Some never get a vaccine.

FEAR VIRUS TWO:  The new coronavirus, like all other viruses, mutates, or undergoes small changes in its genome. A recently published study suggested that the last coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, had already mutated into one more and one less aggressive strain. This might be different 80,000 deaths in the US and no treatment is scary…

Today, MAY 11, 2020,  More than eighty-thousand Americans are dead from the virus and thousands are overflowing in the hospitals and the vulnerable in the nursing homes is a greater threat now as many in the Intensive Care Unit mostly unconscious being fed breathing by machine is basically keeping them alive.  

Younger people respond better to the ventilators but critical care ICU patients of age are having a rough go, they are not making it. It is estimated we will hit the 100,000 mark by August first. I think sooner as we open up the rules for political pressure by the Fuehrer we will spike again.  So say the scientists. One kid with a virus in a bus can imprint the virus in the other fifty kids…

While the best defenses include basic precautions like hand washing, staying calm, and protecting medical workers, we face more difficulties. The disease is transmitted with relative ease (evidently between people, through the air, like influenza and unlike Ebola, SARS, and MERS), and the timing seems to be bad. Currently there are seven other virus’s like Ebola doing their piece all over the world… It sustains on metal objects longer than most thus rails, metal chairs etc are susceptible as transmitters.

The most commonly used Covid-19 test requires a nasal swab, which has led to some false negatives, Galiatsatos said, explaining that he believes a blood test is a more accurate means of detecting the coronavirus. He also said that such blood tests are already performed to diagnose other viral infections such as HIV, cytomegalovirus and hepatitis C.

He has polarized American politics, leading a substantial portion of the country to tune him out, while his constant stream of false statements has undermined faith in what he says, a dangerous situation in a crisis. 

NUMERO DUO  —  He gets his info from all the make believe people at FOX news, Lou Dobbs, Hannity, Ingraham, and from noted boy wonder, Jared Kushner, White Nationalist NAZI Stephen Miller, and other slimeballs with an IQ not higher than pet rocks who advise the president

NUMERO TRES  —  And Americans are dying and getting sick as a result.  Thats just truth  …  He blames everybody else and it’s time the people fought back… Free speech if not true or validated rumors and conspiracies should be investigated and surfaced and those spreading lies should be charged.  It’s free speech but has to be honest free speech.

“The United States is paying the price today for decades of defunding government, politicizing independent agencies, fetishizing local control, and demeaning and disparaging government workers and bureaucrats,”   The federal government has added layers of inefficient bureaucracy, while a patchwork of 2,684 state, local, and tribal health systems is unwieldy. As a result, the weakness of US governance is being exposed.

The US health system has rated highly on the Johns Hopkins-led Global Health Security Index,  “Rich, strong, developed, America is supposed to be the readiest of nations,”  “That illusion has been shattered. Despite months of advance warning as the virus spread in other countries.  Thats what happens when a schmuck in the WhiteHouse denigrates all the world allies and associations that works toward the preservation of mankind.

A US response hampered by President Trump’s reluctance to invoke emergency production powers and unwillingness to heed warnings. Disease experts have been predicting for years that an epidemic could challenge the American health system,  but the government’s failure has been worse than any of them Had imagined possible. 

If the most prudent strategies are followed, the country and the world are now in for a long haul—a “protracted game of whack-a-mole with the virus, stamping out outbreaks here and there until a vaccine can be produced”—and a future in which COVID could return seasonally in different forms, like the flu…

From the White House to Riley County, Kansas, xenophobia is always an impediment to public safety.  Remarks that in any way including a comment by Rodriguez of Kansa were so frickin stupid to suggest that the more Chinese people, the bigger the problem, reflect a dangerous lack of both knowledge and compassion.  

Reddi was right to call out her colleague. And all the absence of local cases really shows is a lack of testing. “This is devastating, and we’re not ready,” Reddi said of the suffering that’s coming, “but you can’t be an irresponsible public official” and pretend otherwise.  They need to dump that racist asshole scumbag.

NO BORDERS ARE SAFE — That the coronavirus has no nationality should be obvious. It’s no more the fault of the Chinese people, or of their government.  The Chinese reporting was off by 50%, and not that it is that unusual or understandable ( China is not that transparent)  because no one wants to go door to door to find dead people while the spores are active. Nevertheless they screwed up.

Many pandemics originate or are animal borne and have a name. They are called Zoonotic’s.  Animals provide many benefits to people. Many people interact with animals in their daily lives, both at home and away from home.  Animals provide food, fiber, livelihoods, travel, sport, companionship, and education for people across the globe. 

However, animals can sometimes carry harmful germs that can spread to people and cause illness – these are known as zoonotic diseases or zoonoses. Zoonotic diseases are caused by harmful germs like viruses, bacterial, parasites, and fungi. These germs can cause many different types of illnesses in people and animals, ranging from mild to serious illness and even death. 

Zoonotic diseases are very common, both in the United States and around the world. Scientists estimate that more than 6 out of every 10 known infectious diseases in people can be spread from animals, and 3 out of every 4 new or emerging infectious diseases in people come from animals.
