TRUTH AND ANSWERS

T-RUMP owns 30% of 1290 Avenue of the Americas office complex in central Manhattan, New York City. The Trump Organization and business partner Vornado Realty Trust took out a $950 million loan from four financial institutions: Deutsche Bank, UBS, Goldman Sachs and the Bank of China in 2012. Forbes estimate that he owes $285 million at an interest rate of 3.34%. That loan is due in November 2022. 

In another deal with Vornado, Trump holds a 30% stake in the 52-story 555 California Street skyscraper in San Francisco. His debts from the transaction, to US insurers Met Life and Pacific Life, stand at around $162 million accruing 5.1% interest and are due in September 2022.

• More than $350,000 worth of jewelry was reported stolen from two different residences at T-RUMP Tower earlier this month, according to the New York City Police Department.  On Sept. 9, a 67-year-old woman reported that several pieces of jewelry, with an estimated value of about $236,000, had been stolen from a drawer in her Trump Tower residence, a detective with the NYPD told NBC News. The woman had been away since June and realized the jewelry was missing when she returned.
  
• Then, on Sept. 11, a 33-year-old woman reported that jewelry, valued at $117,000, was missing from her residence, according to the NYPD. She had been away since Sept. 4.  It's unclear if the two thefts are related. The NYPD is investigating.

To impress NY that he had the tallest building privately owned.  We call it the Bullsh*t Building.  It goes something like 47, 48, 49, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68.   The NYC Fire Department was not happy over that call as they did attend a fire in one of the apartments.
  
• Many of the millions of dollars that paid for the tower are Russian born blood laundered dollars paid to T-rump stolen from the USSR countries  by the Oligarchs.  The rest of the dollars are simple everyday million dollar spies, scammers, other Oligarch’s, entertainers,  and crooks 

T-Rump Patrones And Residents  —  

• Aleksandr Burman, a Ukrainian who engaged in a health care scheme
• Leonid Zeldovich, who has reportedly done extensive business in the Russian-annexed area of Crimea, 
• Igor Romashov, who served as chairman of the board of Transoil, a Russian oil transport company subject to US sanctions, paid $620,000 upfront for a unit at a building adorned with the future US president’s name in Sunny Isles Beach in 2010.  
• Vadim Trincher’s former condo till he was removed.  Trincher was a leader of a Russian-American crime ring that operated an international gambling operation from T-RUMP Tower. 
• Hillel “Helly” Nahmad owned multiple condos on this floor.  Nahmad acquired nearly an entire floor of the building over the course of a decade for an estimated $21 million, according to listings on StreetEasy.  David Nahmad is a retired fine art dealer and billionaire.  The whole family is in the Art business and got nailed for Trincher activities.
• Trincher, Nahmad and dozens of others pleaded guilty to charges connected to the gambling operation, while their alleged ringleader, Alimzhan Tokhtakhounov, slipped away as a fugitive in Moscow where he attended Trump’s Miss Universe Competition just months after the FBI conducted a raid of Trincher’s apartment in 2013.
• The Former rental apartment of ex-FIFA official Chuck Blazer. Blazer rented an $18,000 per month apartment for himself and a second $6,000 per month apartment primarily for his cats. Blazer went on to befriend Russian President Vladimir Putin and voted for Russia to host the 2018 World Cup before admitting in court to taking bribes and pleading guilty to tax evasion, money laundering, racketeering and wire fraud
• Condo of Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort, Manafort purchased his $3.6 million T-RUMP Tower condo in 2006.  But federal investigators now allege that Manafort made millions working as an unregistered foreign agent for pro-Russian political leaders and charged him with conspiracy and money laundering last October. He has pleaded not guilty and has filed a lawsuit challenging the broad authority of Mueller.  UPDATE:  HIS NEW ADDRESS IS A FEDERAL PENITENTIARY for several years.  T-RUMP pardoned him.
• Trump campaign and presidential transition offices.  It was here that Donald T-RUMP Jr, Jared Kushner and Manafort agreed to take a meeting with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya in June 2016 after being promised potentially damaging information on Hillary Clinton, according to email records. 25th Floor
• After the election, Michael Flynn and Kushner arranged a separate, private meeting with former Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak at T-RUMP Tower that they said was to establish a “fresh start” in U.S.-Russian relations, according to a statement made by Kushner in July 2017.
• A fire on the 50th floor at the weekend, which claimed the life of 67-year-old art dealer Todd Brassner, has put the skyscraper and its residents in the spotlight. Four firefighters were injured but the blaze was contained, prompting the President to praise the strength of the tower.  The injured firefighters didn’t think so…
• Although he retains an office there, since picking up the keys to the White House T-RUMP and his wife Melania no longer spend much time at their penthouse.  The tycoon initially moved into T-RUMP Tower - which cost about £150million to build - with his first wife Ivana and their children.
• Soon show business stars were beating a path to the skyscraper. In that first decade the actor Bruce Willis, singer Paul Anka and entertainer Liberace all bought apartments. Willis eventually put his on the market for 12.5 million in 2005. 
• Another early resident was the chat show host Johnny Carson, but he left under a cloud in 1987 following a row over a missing coat. Two T-RUMP employees, who were accused of stealing the garment, were duly sacked... only for Carson to later shamefacedly admit that he had found it.
• Few tenants attracted as much publicity for the building, on the site of a former department store, as Michael Jackson. For 10 months in 1994 the singer rented a duplex on the 63rd floor - once the home of Trump's parents - and turned one of the bedrooms into a mirrored dance studio. Jackson is said to have paid about $97,200 a month, compared with the average price now of around $42,500 a month.
• British composer and impresario Andrew Lloyd Webber sold his 5,300-square-foot apartment on the 59th and 60th floors for an eye watering $14,500, 000 in 2010.
• Other residents are notorious rather than starry, including Jean-Claude Duvalier, the Haitian dictator overthrown in a 1986 uprising, whose million apartment was owned through a Panamanian holding company.
• The one-time renter of a home on floor 63 was career criminal Jay Weinberg, who was convicted in the late 1980s of one of the biggest medical care frauds in US history.

What They Don’t Tell You -  

• These days The Donald owns about one-third of the tower which carries his name, a stake which is worth about $407 million but has some $85 million in debt attached. However should anyone need reminding who is in charge, there is a T-RUMP bar, a Trump grill and a T-RUMP café in the complex.
• It’s also emerged that the Pentagon signed an 18-month deal, costing $2.5 million of taxpayers’ cash, so it could have a command post on the same floors as Trump’s penthouse.   The fact that the President rarely sets foot in the building now was apparently overlooked. Taxpayers got screwed again…
• Recent residents also include Guido Lombardi, on floors 62 and 63, a self-styled Italian count, Trump supporter and US representative of the anti-immigrant Northern League political party in his homeland.  “To me this is the centre of New York City, and New York City is the centre of the world,” he says.  In that case move the electric chair to the center of the room.
• Former football administrator José Maria Marin is currently under house arrest, after conviction in connection with bribery charges.  ANOTHER FINE TENANT IN THE HALL OF SHAME SO CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH T-RUMP
• Italian fashion heiress Suzette Mion, an old pal of Ivana, calls an apartment on floor 32 home.  
• Juan Beckmann Vidal, who controls the Jose Cuervo tequila brand.  They say neighbors are a bit like family, in that you don't get to choose them.  However, if you move into Trump Tower you can rest assured that whatever their background everyone will have at least one thing in common. They are all filthy rich and don’t ask how they got that way unless you work for the 9th District or the FBI.
• Unpaid laborers - In 1983, a class-action lawsuit was filed against the T-RUMP Organization concerning unpaid pension and medical obligations to labor unions that helped build the towers. T-RUMP had paid $774,000 to a window-cleaning company that employed undocumented Polish immigrants during the renovation of an adjoining building. 
• T-RUMP testified in 1990 he was unaware that 200 undocumented Polish immigrants, some of whom lived at the site during a 1980 transit strike, and worked round-the-clock shifts, were involved in the destruction of the Bonwit-Teller building and the T-RUMP Tower project. T-RUMP said he rarely visited the demolition site and never noticed the laborers, who were visually distinct for their lack of hard hats. 
• After the laborers filed for a mechanic’s lien over unpaid wages, they said a T-RUMP Organization lawyer threatened to have the Immigration and Naturalization Service deport them.  A judge ruled in favor of the Polish laborers in 1991, saying that the organization had to pay the workers. The contractor was ultimately ordered to pay the laborers $254,000.
• The case went through several appeals by both sides as well as non-jury trials, and was reassigned to different judges several times. The original named plaintiff, plaintiffs’ attorney, and two co-defendants, died during the litigation, leading Judge Kevin Duffy to compare it unfavorably to Charles Dickens' fictional case Jarndyce and Jarndyce in June 1998, when he was assigned the case after the death of the previous presiding judge. 
• T-RUMP testified that he and an executive used the pseudonym "John Baron" in some of his business dealings, although Trump said he did not do so until years after Trump Tower was constructed. A labor lawyer testified that he was threatened over the phone with a $100 million lawsuit by a John Baron who supposedly worked for the Trump Organization.  Donald Trump later told a reporter, "Lots of people use pen names. Ernest Hemingway used one.”  
• The lawsuit was ultimately settled in 1999, with its records sealed. In November 2017, U.S. District Judge Loretta A. Preska ordered the settlement documents unsealed. In the settlement, T-RUMP agreed to pay a total of $1.375 million, which, according to the plaintiffs’ lawyer, was the full amount that could have been recovered at trial.
• There were several other controversies related to the construction process. In one case, Trump sued a contractor for "total incompetence." Construction was also halted twice because minority rights’ groups protested outside the Trump Tower site to condemn the dearth of minority construction workers.
• T-RUMP was also involved in a disagreement with Mayor Koch about whether the tower should get a tax exemption. In 1985, Trump was one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the state in the New York State Court of Appeals concerning the payment of a 10% state tax in the event that a real estate property is transacted for $1 million or more. The exemption was worth between $15 million and $20 million. The tax on T-RUMP Tower was upheld in a 4 to 1 decision.
• The City of New York granted T-RUMP permission to build the top 20 stories of the building in exchange for operating 
• the atrium as a city-administered, privately owned public space. In the lobby of the building are two Trump merchandise kiosks (one of which replaced a long public bench) operating out of compliance with city regulations. 
• The city issued a notice of violation in July 2015, demanding the bench be put back in place. Although the Trump Organization initially said that the violation was without merit, a lawyer speaking for Trump's organization stated in January 2016 that the kiosks would be removed in two to four weeks, before an expected court ruling.
• In 2015, journalist David Cay Johnston questioned the particular use of concrete and suggested there was a connection with organized crime.  “ Trump didn’t just do business with mobbed-up concrete companies: he also probably met personally with Anthony Salerno at the townhouse of notorious New York fixer Roy Cohn ... at a time when other developers in New York were pleading with the FBI to free them of mob control of the concrete business.”

Trump’s Lawyer Said There Were “No Plans” For T-RUMP Tower Moscow 

Here They Are, Rudy Giuliani claims the Moscow tower was barely more than a notion. “There were no drafts. Nothing in the file.” Documents obtained by BuzzFeed News tell a different story. Problem is Rudy is a liar and now has no credibility.

The plan was dazzling: a glass skyscraper that would stretch higher than any other building in Europe, offering ultra-luxury residences and hotel rooms and bearing a famous name. Trump Tower Moscow, conceived as a partnership between Donald Trump’s company and a Russian real estate developer, looked likely to yield profits in excess of $300 million. 

The tower was never built, but it has become a focal point of the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller into Trump’s relationship with Russia in the lead-up to his presidency. 

The president and his representatives have dismissed the project as little more than a notion — a rough plan led by Trump’s then-lawyer, Michael Cohen, and his associate Felix Sater, of which Trump and his family said they were only loosely aware as the election campaign gathered pace. 

On Monday, his lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said “the proposal was in the earliest stage,” and he went on to tell the New Yorker that “no plans were ever made. There were no drafts. Nothing in the file.”

However, hundreds of pages of business documents, emails, text messages, and architectural plans, obtained by BuzzFeed News over a year of reporting, tell a very different story. Trump Tower Moscow was a richly imagined vision of upscale splendor on the banks of the Moscow River.

A Long-Held Wet Dream

Trump had for 30 years tried to extend his real estate empire to Moscow. He even wrote about it in his book The Art of the Deal. But he never found the right opportunity — until 2013, when he visited Russia to host the Miss Universe pageant. “T-RUMP TOWER-MOSCOW is next,” he tweeted after the event…

The Tallest Skyscraper In Europe
Two years later, a vision had emerged. Trump Tower Moscow was to be much more than just another upscale apartment building. It was to be a vast — and vastly lucrative — undertaking that would elevate the Russian capital’s skyline and extend the perimeter of the New York developer’s influence.

By September 2015, a New York architect had completed plans for a bold glass obelisk 100 stories high, to be topped by a gleaming, cut-diamond–like shape emblazoned on multiple sides with the Trump logo. 

“The building design you sent over is very interesting,” the Russian real estate developer Andrey Rozov wrote to Cohen in September 2015, “and will be an architectural and luxury triumph. I believe the tallest building in Europe should be in Moscow, and I am prepared to build it.”

According to a finalized letter of intent signed by Donald Trump on Oct. 28, 2015, the tower would have “approximately 250 first class, luxury residential condominiums.” 

It would be located in Moscow City, a former industrial complex outside of the city center that has since been converted into an ambitious commercial district clustered with several of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe.

Its hotel portion would feature “approximately 15 floors” and contain “not fewer than 150 hotel rooms,” the letter of intent stated. The building would feature a luxury spa and fitness center, a commercial component “consistent with the overall luxury level of the Property,” and an office space “consistent with Class A luxury office properties,” as well as “luxury” parking.

As with most of Trump’s other big real estate ventures, the plan was for a local developer — Rozov — to build Trump Tower Moscow. Trump’s team would provide the glittering name and would manage the building’s operations, such as restaurants and bars.

The Trump team would also have the option to “brand all or any portion of the spa or fitness facilities” as “The Spa By Ivanka Trump,” according to the plans. If they exercised that option, Ivanka or one of her representatives would choose all interior design elements for the spa and health club. 

Other Spas by Ivanka Trump offer a clue as to what it might have looked like. At the Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC, the 10,000-square-foot spa and fitness center offers “a carefully orchestrated spa experience” designed to produce “a fresh, authentic and purposeful visit.” Guests are invited to enjoy “an immersion lounge, reflective of local culture and craftsmanship,” specialized massage treatments called “curated rituals,” “aspirational quotes,” a Himalayan salt chamber, a waterfall, and hallways, curtains, and floors in her signature color of rose gold.
