FERGUSON - THE BEGINNING TRUTH - FACT - FICTION - ALMOST REALITY TV
The tragic somewhat justified shooting of Michael Brown occurred on August 9, 2014, in Ferguson, a suburb of St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. If you google Ferguson City Demographics you will see a wealth of information indicating higher than national averages in almost all facets of crime.
It was here that Michael Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was fatally shot by Darren Wilson, 28, a white police officer of the Ferguson Police Department.
The disputed circumstances of the shooting and the resultant protests and civil unrest received considerable attention in the United States and abroad, and have sparked debate about law enforcement's relationship with African Americans and police use of force doctrine. There is no question there is a disparity in law enforcement, society in general and mistrust in every level of the judicial system. But some of it has to be placed squarely on the shoulders of a few who should be the target of the enforcement. And an honest effort made to correct and protect the innocent.
CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER
Mike Brown and his friend Dorian Johnson were walking down the middle of the street in Ferguson. Shortly after, stealing a box of cigarillos from a convenience store. ***3 3a
The surveillance video recorded the encounter. Almost out the door, Mike Brown turned when challenged by an employee who confronted hm, he then re-entered the store, shoved or strong-armed the employee, and then left.
Soon after, they were spotted by Officer Darren Wilson, walking down the middle of the street. He told them to go to the sidewalk as they were on a busy street, the officer drove up and told them to move to the sidewalk.
Brown hurled a few explicative’s, taunting the officer and charged the police car as the officer was trying to get out and an altercation ensued with Brown striking the officer about the head and neck, and Wilson struggling through the window of the police vehicle until Wilson’s gun was fired twice in the vehicle.
“You are too much of pussy to shoot me": Explosive grand jury evidence reveals how an 'aggressive' Michael Brown taunted cop Darren Wilson before he was shot dead. In addition, blood from Brown was found inside the cruiser and on the doors etc.
Brown and Johnson then fled in different directions, with Wilson in pursuit of Brown eventually firing several more times. In the entire altercation Wilson fired a total of twelve shots, Brown being hit by six, with the last possibly being the fatal shot as it struck in the head. ****
Witness reports differ as to whether and when Brown had his hands raised, and whether he was moving toward Wilson when the final shots were fired. Didn’t matter as three autopsies indicated Brown was shot facing the officer and not shot in the back as “witnesses or better wit-less-ees” had claimed. They were thrown out when questioned by the Grand Jury.
The shooting sparked protests and unrest in Ferguson, in part due to the belief among many that Brown was surrendering, as well as longstanding racial tensions between the majority-black Ferguson community (estimated at 70%) and the majority-white city government and police (estimated at 90%). *****5
******6 Protests, both peaceful and violent, along with vandalism and looting, continued for more than a week, resulting in night curfews. The response of area police agencies in dealing with the protests received significant criticism from the media and politicians. There were concerns over insensitivity, tactics and a militarized response.
Missouri Governor Jay Nixon ordered local police organizations to cede much of their authority to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Mainly peaceful protests continued for several weeks.
THINGS NOT MENTIONED
*** 3,3a This type of cigarillo is commonly used to re-stuff Marajuana by removing the tobacco and creating a super doobie. Michael Brown had a small amount of Marajuana in his blood proven by the autopsies. His strong arm tactics turned shop-lifting from a under 100 dollar misdemeanor into a felony. The timing of the video release received criticism from some media, the Brown family, and some public officials, who viewed the release as an attempt to impeach Brown.
Others said the video was informative as to Brown's state of mind, with the shooting incident coming so shortly after the robbery. It indicates an almost bully type assault on the store clerk.
A few days after the shooting, the Ferguson Police Department released a video of a convenience store robbery that occurred only minutes before the shooting. It showed Brown taking cigarillos and shoving a store employee who tried to prevent him from leaving.
****4 In the rapid fire context of a gun battle there is a tendency for the muzzle to elevate from the recoil on subsequent shots. Police officers are trained to shoot for body mass. The weapon creates a rearward action called recoil and a rising reaction called muzzle rise. Thus the supposed last round may of been the result of muzzle rise in the string of shots.
*****5 There is conflicting evidence as to whether Officer Wilson knew of Brown’s involvement in the robbery. The information was just hitting the police airwaves just as Wilson saw the kid with yellow socks
******6 Realistically the pot was boiling fueled by the usual characters, the Rev’s. Sharpton and Jackson, supported by lots of creative witnessing even by those who weren’t there, or leaks from the grand jury or fake leaks by just about everyone, a press corps pouring gas on the fire and years of mistrust of the police department even though the crime rate in Ferguson might have warranted it. Again, Google Ferguson, “Crime demographics”.
THE TRIGGERS
- The events surrounding the shooting were investigated by a county grand jury. In a press
conference on November 24, 2014, Robert P.
McCulloch, the Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis
County, Missouri, announced that the jury had decided not to indict Darren Wilson for
his actions.
- Tears turned to rage on Monday night as Michael Brown’s family reacted to the news that the police officer who shot their son would not be indicted. Some disturbing words were caught on camera. Initially in the video Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden, is seen standing on a car, shouting that he’s never done anything to hurt anyone and breaking down in tears.
- A nasty player in this scenario appears, Her husband, Brown’s stepfather Louis Head climbs up on the car to comfort her, displaying the “I am Mike Brown” T-shirt he’s wearing as he wraps her in a hug.
Head begins shouting, “Burn this bi**h down! Lots of shouting, chanting and explicative, more threats went on, the crowd responded. At least one man appears to try to calm Head while others push cameras away from the screaming man, but he continues shouting the call to violence for several seconds. - Nice guy till you see his rap sheet….Louis Head, Michael Brown’s “stepfather”, is a former gang member, Bloods and Crips Associate with a long criminal record Source: GotNews.com has learned. Police sources in Ferguson directed us to his rap sheet. You can find it at the Missouri Court system, if you simply put in his name “Louis” in the first name box and “Head” in the last name box. You’ll need a fair amount of paper if you wish to print it out. He’s got a history of calling for violence against women and brags about beating people up on Instagram.
THE POLICE RESPOND (Ferguson police investigating Michael Brown’s stepdad for inciting a riot)

- Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson told Sean Hannity last night that everyone involved in the vandalizing and looting that followed the grand jury’s decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson will be brought to justice — including Michael Brown's stepfather, Louis Head.
- Head could be held responsible for inciting a riot, Mediaite reports, after footage of him screaming "Burn this motherf--ker down! Burn this bitch down!" aired on CNN in the wake of the grand jury decision. When asked about the remarks, Jackson responded that the police department is pursuing the comments.
- That night some of the the fine folks of Ferguson, aided by groups of imported professional looters and thieves, decided to burn the town down, 12 buildings totally destroyed, looting at any that were not defended, with the fervor of Black Friday shoppers, and the fire department reported 150 rounds of bullets to surpress the fire department from doing their job. In addition, 12 police cars were Molotov cock-tailed or damaged possibly beyond belief. About sixty were arrested.
- Some legal analysts raised concerns over McCulloch's unorthodox
approach feeling that this process could have influenced the grand jury to
decide not to indict. Other commentators have pointed out that it was
"not unusual in a police-involved shooting case for a prosecutor to lay
out all the evidence and not ask a grand jury for a specific criminal charge.”
- In September 2014, Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General launched a federal investigation of the Missouri city’s police force to examine whether officers routinely engaged in racial profiling or showed a pattern of excessive force.
THE POLICE STATE
Americans have a suspicion of
state power. The War for Independence began as a tax revolt. Tea Bags and all, and fears of a tyrant's "long train of abuses and usurpations.” Have we given too much power to the police that allows some cops to behave incorrectly.
- The whole Ferguson thing is about race, you have a town of 70+% black and a police force of 95% white.
- You have higher than average crime rate in some areas. You have long-standing fights and feuds between the two.
- The often dangerous work in a hostile community is a stress clinic and sooner or later something will go wrong.
- It did on that day. There were 461 "justifiable homicides" in the United States — that's how the FBI categorizes deaths at the hands of law enforcement, "the highest number in two decades, even as the nation’s overall homicide rate continues to drop.”
- Justifiable homicides at the rate of one person per day for every day of the year.
- Grand juries nearly always side with law enforcement, those deaths were, by definition, “ ustifiable homicides.”
- If you're a cop in the United States, the juries are generally on your side and guarantees that there will be no trial, no public presentation of evidence, no verdict, and therefore no accounting made of how many people end up dead by mistake or malice at the hands of law enforcement.
- We need to put video cameras on cops to record their interactions and altercations with citizens.
THE REALITY SHOW - RELATED NEWS - FAMILY FEUD
NOVEMBER 24, 2014 - With grand jurors today reaching a decision in the Michael Brown shooting, cops are continuing to investigate a violent confrontation last month between members of the late teenager’s family, including his mother, who is named in a police report as one of the “attackers” who beat and robbed vendors selling commemorative t-shirts.
The probe of the October 18 attack remains an “active investigation,” according to Stephanie Karr, city attorney in Ferguson, Missouri. As detailed in a police report, the ransacking of the merchandise stands was classified as a felony armed robbery. The assault, which left one victim hospitalized, began when a large group of individuals “jumped out of vehicles and rushed” the three vendors, a group that included Pearlie Gordon, the mother-in-law of Michael Brown Sr.
In a video shot by a passing motorist, a man apparently one of the vendors is seen being pinned to the pavement by a larger man throwing punches. Standing next to the men is a woman holding a metal rod. Nearby, a second scuffle appears to be ending by one the tents, under which merchandise has been dumped on the ground and a table has been overturned. TSG has reviewed the clip, which was provided by the motorist.
Gordon, 54, told cops that Lesley McSpadden, the late teenager’s mother, was part of the group that confronted her about the sale of “Justice for Mike Brown” merchandise. Gordon told cops that McSpadden, 34, announced, “You can’t sell this shit.”
When Gordon declared that, despite McSpadden’s objection, she would continue to sell items, her stands were torn apart by McSpadden’s cohorts (which included McSpadden’s husband and her mother). During the melee, Gordon said, she was punched by McSpadden and knocked to the ground.
Additionally, Gordon told cops, McSpadden directed another individual to attack her. During the attack, a male vendor was reportedly beaten with a pipe. As a result, he was transported by EMS workers to an area hospital for treatment of “injuries sustained during the assault.”
Gordon told police that $400 in cash and merchandise valued at $1500 were stolen during the 1:20 PM attack on the merchandise stands, which operated from under a pair of canopy tents in the parking lot of a barbecue restaurant on West Florissant Avenue, the Ferguson street where nightly protests have been held.
DON’T RAIN ON MY PARADE SYNDROME -
It would appear one or more of the supporters of the Brown’s saw this as an opportunity to increase their personal savings accounts at the expense of the family or was it in competition to the family’s own retail sales. Add the media angle and their competition to get the story, in some cases true or not, and regardless of what you have heard, they do pay for interviews when they have to, or want to, and this is part of the problem and escalation of the Brown Story which has gone viral even worldly.
Someone is paying for all these trips local and abroad, with interviews and hotel rooms and guards and so forth. Money is being raised as donations, where there is smoke there is someone with a match. As we say if you follow the money and the talk shows… the cards are played… as long as there are players.
CHURCH SET ABLAZE MONDAY IN FERGUSON - MIND BOGGLING
- The Ferguson, Missouri, church attended by Michael Brown's
father burned to the ground Monday night, and its pastor believes the fire was
set by White Supremacists. Rev. Carlton Lee of the Flood Christian Church told NBC News that he was vocal about his desire to see Officer Darren Wilson arrested for
the shooting death of the younger Brown. Lee thinks his church was targeted by
people angry over his support of Michael Brown Sr., whom he baptized over the
weekend. "Sunday, we do the Baptism, Monday, the church is on fire,"
he said. “It just doesn’t add up.”
- White Supremacists like the KKK invented church burning and the locals and imported trouble makers like the Communist Party (they were there) had a field day accelerating and burning the rest of Ferguson down. The whole thing makes no sense, nothing in the way of change gets any better by destruction.
- Twenty businesses are completely ruined, either cleaned out or burnt to the ground, the city has to replace a dozen cruisers, and one weapon stolen from the cruiser, other buildings partially damaged many of these owners had just rebuilt after the killing in August and he last rioting. Some will not return and if I was the CEO of any business there I would be moving the company.
- When the good people don’t try to stop the bad people and cheer it on… you can only absorb so much. We did see several good folks blocking some of the protesters from raiding one of the better places to eat in Ferguson. There were just not enough. And some of those smaller businesses just don’t have the money or resources to rebuild.
- The fire was set around the same time that other
conflagrations broke out around Ferguson, but it was in an area where other
structures were spared, away from the rioting. Lee is vowing to rebuild, and
Brown Sr. has promised to help. "I put my blood, my sweat, my tears into
this church, getting this church built from the ground up," Lee said.
"To see that it was taken down in a few minutes is really
heartbreaking.”
- Stupid irresponsible behavior by a few has made folks who are middle of the road in race relations lean and rethink their feelings after seeing the rioting.
IDIOT COMMENTS BY IDIOTS
Mike Huckabee - Despite the fact that it was a white police officer named Darren Wilson who shot and killed unarmed black teenager Michael Brown after being assaulted, Republican 2016 contender Mike Huckabee compared Ferguson protesters to white supremacists who murdered black people.
In a blog post on Monday, Huckabee wrote a short rant accusing Ferguson protesters of turning into a “lynch mob” that reminds him of the white supremacists who murdered civil rights activist Medgar Evers in Mississippi.
It’s also offensive that Huckabee would accuse Ferguson protesters of being “lynch mobs,” especially considering the heinous history of lynching that resulted in the deaths of over 3,000 African-Americans between 1882-1968. And this idiot is thinking of running for President.
THE KKK - Of course, the Klu Klux Klan, the white supremacist group that has repeatedly threatened to kill Ferguson protesters had to jump in on the conversation. During an interview with Chris Hayes on MSNBC, Klan Imperial Wizard Frank Ancona said his group would use “lethal force” against protesters and claimed to be in contact with police, suggesting that the police themselves approve of the Klan’s threats of bloody violence against black residents who disagree with the grand jury should they clear Wilson of wrongdoing.

SOCIAL MEDIA Vs. MEDIA WRONG AGAIN
In stark contrast to the “gentle giant” portrayed in the national media, Brown’s social media accounts reveal a misogynistic young man obsessed with drugs, money, and violence. He described his interest in “money, weed, and weather” on his Instagram.
Brown’s Instagram account also shows a violent streak that may help explain what led to a violent confrontation with Police officer Darren Wilson. “I’m Out Here To Claim What’s Mines,” Brown wrote on his Instagram profile.
Brown’s bio included the eery line, “My Hands My Ammunition,” a statement made all the more creepy given his participation in a strong arm robbery caught on the store video.
9-12-14 - MSNBC - A WITNESS WHO LIED - AND THE TRUTH COMES OUT
NBC posted an exclusive interview with the young man that was with Mike Brown on the day he was shot. A gentleman by the name of Dorian Johnson who states the following which was disproved:
“Keep running, bro!,” he said Brown yelled. Then Brown yelled it a second time. Those would be the last words Johnson’s friend, “Big Mike,” would ever say to him. Brown made it past the third car.
Then, “gunshot ” the officer took his second shot, striking Brown in the back. At that point, Johnson says Brown stopped, turned with his hands up and said “I don’t have a gun, stop shooting!”
LEGAL
After three autopsies, one local, one federal and a hired nationally known big case Medical Examiner did autopsies the results were announced. It was disclosed by the ME to the public that all shots that struck Brown where all from the front.
He was shot six times in the front and the shots show a progression from low to high with the last shot in the head which are common to muzzle rise. (As explained above)
MICHAEL BROWN
Brown’s Instagram account also shows a violent streak that may help explain what led to a violent confrontation with Police officer Darren Wilson. “I’m Out Here To Claim What’s Mines,” Brown wrote on his Instagram profile. Brown’s bio included the eery line, “My Hands My Ammunition,” a statement made all the more creepy given his participation in a strong arm robbery.
And at least six pictures show Mike Brown displaying hand signals as used by the red shirted BLOOD division of the BLOODS and CRIPS gang organizations. There are many pictures of him in gang poses showing all the required signals of a member of the institution.
THE WORLD and citizens of FERGUSON were to believe that Micheal Brown was struck in the back with a shot from the officer while Brown was running from the officer. Just not true and for that week, riots ensued and looting began …and MSNBC Never bothered to verify the facts they reported in that interview.
The prime witness Dorian Johnson had a valid outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Jefferson County … this was train wreck reporting and totally against everything I have ever learned reporting. No corroboration, no vetting of the source, a fabrication.
THE POLICE WAKE UP TO THE “PRIME WITLESS WITNESS"
JEFFERSON CITY, MO (KTVI) –
- We’re looking deeper into the criminal cases against a witness in the Michael Brown shooting:
- Fact: Dorian Johnson pleaded guilty to lying to police in a 2011 theft case and a warrant still remains for his arrest.
- Chris Hayes went to Jefferson City to talk to a man who says he caught Johnson stealing and then listened to his repeated lies. It started behind the Jefferson City YMCA, where Kelly Lewis, a maintenance man said he saw someone, later identified as Dorian Johnson, carrying a FedEx box from a nearby apartment complex.
“He picked the package up off D section, which I knew the lady that lived there, so I knew it wasn’t his package,” Lewis said. Lewis said he followed and called police as he watched Johnson dump the box behind the YMCA. - A Jefferson City police report documents 19-year-old Dorian Johnson saying his “name was Derrick,” then claiming “he was 16.” Police said he then gave a “date of birth” which “would mean he was 17″ and told police “he had no identification.” Lewis remembered, “He never told them the truth,” and described watching the runaround for about one hour. “I looked down at his sock. I remember that’s where people carry IDs,” Lewis said. “I told the police officer that. I said I think his ID is in his sock, so the police officer checked it. He got out his ID and found out who he was.”
- The Lincoln University student ID reportedly read “Dorian J. Johnson,” but the police report states Johnson said he was holding the ID card for someone else.
- “To me it was a just a petty little thing that if he would’ve just stood up and told the truth, it would’ve been over,” Lewis said. The police report shows it continued at the jail where Johnson signed a court summons with his false name “Derrick.” Then a Lincoln University police officer reportedly walked in the room.
The report states, “Due to previous contacts with Johnson, he immediately recognized him as Dorian J. Johnson.” - Johnson pleaded guilty to making false statements. The theft case remains open with an active arrest warrant for failing to appear. Johnson’s attorney, Freeman Bosley Jr., declined to respond on camera, but wrote that his client’s reported deception has “..nothing to do with a police officer shooting an unarmed man six times, two times in the head.
- This is called using excessive force.” Bosley Jr. added that he’s filed an appearance on behalf of Johnson in Jefferson City, asking for a Judge to recall the arrest warrant.
- It’s unclear if this could impact the Michael Brown shooting investigation. Other witnesses, including Piaget Crenshaw, also described Brown putting his hands up before a Ferguson officer shot him. One unnamed witness, overheard in a YouTube video, appears to describe Brown coming towards the officer during the shooting. Since it appears nothing was captured on camera, jurors relied solely on who they believed, along with the physical evidence.
THE BULLY PULPIT (AKA BULLSHIT PULPIT)
Maybe just maybe politically correect progressives and race baiters have done much to create the division, the hatred, the entitlement and victimhood mentality that has overtaken the black community. It has to count that a Black president and victimization and attacks by the GOP to surprise the Black vote has created both division and polarization.
Add to that the usual messages by Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton plus a host of other wannabes gets echoed 24/7 on all the “ news” networks. News is defined as anything we can show as reruns all day long. And their message is clear even though much of what they have said was based on witnesses with little validity as proven when questioned by the Grand Jury.
As a reporter following news years ago we came upon crime scenes "where no body saw nothing, invoking the snitch code”. After a few minutes with the camera lights on, a bonanza of info came forth. TV does that. And made for interesting but many times invalid-able stories requiring follow up and verification.
THE GOOD PEOPLE - ENDING ON A GOOD NOTE
The decision not to indict police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown has led to an emotional, intensely polarized reaction that continues today. A large part of the frustration comes from a feeling of helplessness. There are plenty of people who want to do something to make a difference in the Ferguson community, but don't know how. If you're looking for a simple, practical way to help Ferguson right now, here's one option: donate to the Ferguson Municipal Public Library. Though schools are closed, the library is staying open, and volunteers and teachers are teaming up to provide programs for children there, with more events planned for the days to come. - -
